While we are unable to guarantee a timeline, our team works carefully to review applications and schedule projects as resources allow.

  • After you submit your application, our team will begin processing your information. A representative may contact you during this process to introduce themselves, confirm details, request any missing information, and answer questions.

Applications will move forward for full eligibility review once all required information and documents are received.

If your application meets our eligibility requirements, a team member will contact you to schedule a home visit.

The home visit helps us understand the repairs needed and determine what work may be possible.
